About the Builder

Burke and Kathy Deal have dedicated their lives to the things that matter. Their greatest achievement is their marriage and three beautiful children. Next is crafting homes of distinction that honor the people who own them and inspire excellence in a neighborhood. IDEAL custom Homes began in 1992, with the idea that limiting the number of homes built and maintaining on-site controls would help insure quality at all stages of the building process. Today, with a four-member build/design team and a commitment to communication, IDEAL has ranked among the region's premier builders.
